Terms of Service
- 1. IntroductionThis agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between Monster Domain (the “Provider”) and you (the “Customer”). The Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Provider will provide hosting and domain registration services to the Customer.
- 2. Acceptable Use PolicyThe Customer agrees to abide by the Provider’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) at all times while using the Provider’s services. The AUP outlines what is an acceptable and unacceptable use of the hosting service and domain name registration service.
- 3. Billing and PaymentThe Customer agrees to pay all fees due for the services provided by the Provider in a timely manner. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received on time.
- 4. Cancellation PolicyThe Customer may cancel their hosting or domain registration service at any time by providing written notice to the Provider. The Provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if applicable.
- 5. Domain Name RegistrationThe Customer acknowledges that domain name registration is subject to additional terms and conditions as set forth by the relevant domain name registrar.
- 6. Intellectual Property RightsThe Customer represents and warrants that they have all necessary rights to use any intellectual property included in their website content or domain name.
- 7. LiabilityThe Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of its services.
- 8. Privacy PolicyThe Provider’s Privacy Policy outlines how personal information collected from Customers will be used by the Provider.
- 9. Service Level Agreement (SLA)The Provider shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide its services on a twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week basis, subject to maintenance downtime and necessary scheduled maintenance.
- 10. Termination PolicyThe Provider may terminate this Agreement at any time if the Customer breaches any provision of this Agreement.
- 11. WarrantyThe Provider makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to its services.
